ROOM 1 – Sugar Maple
The Sugar Maple is located on the ground floor and has a king sized bed and a raised sitting area that overlooks the front garden. French toile and white tones in the room create a soothing and contemporary feel. The Sugar Maple has a private bathroom with a grab bar in the shower, smart TV with cable, and Wi-Fi.

The Cottage is located on the ground floor. It is a lovely room that features a handcrafted queen-size bed, lime washed wall, a working desk and an armchair overlooking the back hillside. It has a private bathroom, with a combination of tub and shower.

ROOM 8 – Lower Lodge
The Lower Lodge is located on the ground floor and has a king-sized bed, a settee that overlooks the back hillside and adjacent woods, and a beautifully lime washed wall. A step-in shower (no bathtub) can accommodate a shower chair and also has a grab bar. This room can accommodate smaller sized wheelchairs; the doors are 35 inches wide, and the toilet is 18 inches high.

The Upper Lodge is a private hideaway with a view of the adjacent woods. It features a king-sized bed. This slightly smaller room is located on the second floor, with an exterior staircase access and features a walk-in dual shower and smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi. Part of the room has a slanted ceiling along the roof line. This room is Pet Friendly.

King Mini-Suite
The King Mini-Suite is a comfortable sunny space on the second floor with a king-size bed, a large sofa (w/convertible queen bed), and a working desk. A small refrigerator and cable TV are enclosed in the closet. Styled as a mini-suite because of its quaint little country bathroom with a shower with sliding doors. Views of the front garden complete the restful picture. This room is Pet Friendly.

Loft Suite
Ascend a private staircase to reach the luxurious Loft Suite. Its wood paneled cathedral ceiling, fireplace, and futon invite you to enjoy wrap-around views of both the hillside and gardens. Sunlight streaming in from windows on all four walls make this a very special and private retreat. After a day of exploring, come back and relax in your private soaking tub, and dream sweetly in a comfortable king-sized bed and a twin-sized futon bed. The Loft Suite has a TV with cable, and Wi-Fi.

Pines Duplex Suite
The Pines Duplex Suite is an exceptionally private two-story suite, with a spacious post-and-beam living room with a fireplace downstairs, and an elegant bedroom and bathroom upstairs. The living room has a queen pullout sofa with two chairs, bench, writing desk, cable TV, refrigerator and views of the hillside. Upstairs is a welcoming space with a beautiful pine paneled cathedral ceiling, wide board pine floors, a sumptuous four-poster king-size bed, full bath with a large soaking tub, and sweeping views of hillside, garden and woodlands. The Pines Suite has a smart TV with cable and Wi-Fi.

Upstairs, a hand-picked private library offers a quiet corner for reading and reflection. The Farmhouse includes 2.5 bathrooms, one of which features a skylight that fills the space with natural light.
The sunlit master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, large closet, wood flooring, and a writing desk overlooking the scenic barn. The guest bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed, hardwood floors, and picturesque views of rolling hills.
